*The Thought Leadership Forum is open to Arcadis clients, NAEM corporate and individual members, and in-house EHS professionals only. Arcadis will review the registration list for the Thought Leadership Forum and grant final approval to confirm attendance at the event.
**NAEM Affiliate Council members and non-member consultant companies can register up to 2 people for the NAEM conference, unless otherwise stipulated by sponsorship packages. Registrations are closely monitored.

Consultants who are not sponsors or affiliate members will not be allowed to register. NAEM reserves the right to cancel registrations that are made in the incorrect category.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be received in writing (e-mail) by February 8, 2019 to be considered for a refund.
Requests made after this date will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation of registration can be emailed to Kaitlyn Walker or mailed to:
